We manufacture our wire products through our integrated manufacturing process starting from ironmaking. High-grade iron ore and pellets are processed into high-quality sponge iron in our facilities which is then converted into crude steel in our steel melting shop.

Furthermore, using ultra-modern technologies, we process the crude steel into hot rolled long steel through direct hot charging mechanism, a method which was first implemented by our plants in India for which we were apprenticed by United Nations Development Program and Steel Ministry, Government of India.

We are able to provide a high-quality product by controlling all the parameters in the manufacturing process, lab testings, and by implementing quality control mechanisms. Real Wires are accepted for use in many applications throughout the country and abroad.

G.I. Wire

Our hot dip MSGI Wires has consistent mechanical quality, uniform zinc coating with bright and smooth surface finish. It is a mild steel wire which is coated with zinc to impart the base wire with superior properties. The zinc coated galvanized wires are resistant to moisture, rust and mechanical damage.
